About Jaguar XK X150

The Jaguar XK X150 is the second and final generation of the Jaguar XK grand tourer. The Coupé debuted at the 2005 Frankfurt Motor Show with the 4.2-litre V8 engine of its predecessor XK8 X100, and the Convertible debuted in 2006 at the North American International Auto Show. The X150 is noted for its all-aluminium construction with a high-tech appearance. With XK X150 Jaguar introdiced a new feature called the “Pedestrian deployable bonnet”. An imaginative design that aimed to lessen the severity of injuries to pedestrians in the event of a collision with a car.
