SS VA (Jeep-SS/Ultra Lightweight model VA) is a microcar developed by SS Cars Ltd during the Second World War for the needs of the state on the battlefields.
The car was developed in Coventry, UK around 1943. Engineers Claude Baily (Claude Baily) and Walter Hassan (Walter Hassan) created a test prototype of a light 2-seat vehicle designed for reconnaissance purposes.
The car was also intended as an option to replace motorcycles with a sidecar. After unsatisfactory test results, the project was soon abandoned.
